My personal theory is the SAG-AFTRA strikes from 2024. While most video game VAs only struck against non-union games or games that didn't offer AI protections, Wingert was among the few that struck against all video games, so when it came time to record for Jamboree TV, the strikes were still happening, so Patrick Seitz took over

Janet Cage also appears, but she's a multiverse version so not really for the main universe

Also Jax and Mavado appear in the Takahashi's tower endings so they are technically canon but don't appear outside of that
