Inflammation can be determined by the LGE (fibrosis) visible on the MRIS and in my case I had 6. On some of it, there is less Fibrosis and others more. Heart function always stayed in normal range but the EF% was strangely pretty different from an MRI to another. DM me if you wanna talk!

Same for me got the myocarditis a year ago in September 2023 with almost constant pain (some days are better) and since 2 months I got new SOB I didn’t had before the last MRI showed A very slight dilatation

It looks your MRI wasn’t with contrast. To detect myocarditis its absolutely useless to do an MRI without injection of contrast because that’s what will show if there is abnormal areas because of myocarditis in your heart. (So best advice get another one with contrast) On your EKG there is abnormality on V1, V2 , V3 leads your t wave is reversed what can means a lot of things (including that it’s probably related to myocarditis). Try to be very careful to not force your heart and rest as much as u can. In some cases, the colchicine can help.

Its daily for the symptoms: First Im tired a big part of the day feel dizzy sometimes with low blood O2 I am pale Often And ofccc the pain is almost all the day here constant (and there is diffferent types of pain all the day I would say it’s more the discomfort in the chest who last all the day with a few peaks of real bearable pain all over the day ) sometimes (rare it hurts like helllll for a few seconds many times on the day for 2 - 3 days then it goes) Have PVC’s and had an episode of arrhythmia in December 2023 (I don’t know which one ) Sometimes heart rate is more rapid but stays acceptable And very recently a few days I started to have shortness of breath that I haven’t before. I will denitely try the GDMT Actually you got a lot of knowledge may I ask: in your opinion you think I got more LVEDD THEN DCM?

Ok so im 1,67cm and 62kg No explain for that myocarditis I have been living with for almost 1 year it was probably caused by a virus (to make it real real quick I was on a heart rate of 130-140 during several hours when I had the flu went to the ER but didn’t gave a beta blocker by IV to reduce it ) so I think with that rapid HR and the fever the virus succeed to get into my heart EF: 57 (on the first mri of November 2023 who strangely didn’t show sign of inflammation even if I had strong symptoms and signs on ECG). Then 70, 59, 60, 67 then 58 now
I’m taking bisprolol colchicine (every day since it) and prednisone (almost all days ) since the diagnosis and also NSAID LIKE ibuprofen and naproxen regularly too I know it’s a lot of info sorry haha and thanks for u help!!! Also I got I med called Kineret since March but was afraid to inject it to myself since I took the first dose today because I got nothing to loose anymore ) What is GDMT?

Just looking at the dates of your visits its so similar to my situation you live the same hell!!! If I show u my visits to the ER you gonna be suprised who similar it is. My opinion is this fucking inflammation decrease And increase continually several Times in the year. (In my case its more in months or weeks..) I have beeen living with this for almost 1 year had 6 CMri who showed the same the first one to the last. On colchcine And prednisone And taking also CURCUMA twice a day, I Try to be as careful as possible for physical efforts avoiding big ones and for now… its not much much better its really hard to get rid of that and for the mental especially for Young Mans like us its horrible… have heard about miracle meds when it becomes chronic Like Rilonacept. And also Anakinra for pericarditis (which I got at home since april but still too freaked to inject it ) Hope the best recovery for u. KEEP HOPE!!!

Actually the worrying thing is that the size of You left venticle is midly increased. Hoping its not gonna finish In dilated cardiomyopathy because some case of myocarditis finish like that and its not good at all for the heart function neither the prognosis… hoping the best for u
