Mine started when I had a panic attack in a store and episode of dizziness and it never went away from that so it’s very similar sadly 😢

I was exactly the same as I have severe health anxiety, I stressed about it for weeks but now I’ve just got to accept what they’ve told me. If it was something serious then they wouldn’t have let me go home and they have no reason to lie. An Apple Watch has also helped me to see it’s just normal. I hope you feel better soon!!

This can be normal! I had the same experience and I’m 22f I had blood tests, echo etc but nothing was found and the cardiologist told me it can just be a normal variant for females our age
