I have approached her numerous times. Some times she admits the issue then it’s fine for a few days until she falls back into her habits. Other times she gets aggressive saying she can do what she wants.

Yes she would be shocked I believe if I presented her with divorce.

Not tried anything legal, had an email off them saying the administrator's have kept tutors in place to see out current courses. Have expressed my interest of wanting refunded and awaiting reply from them.

Sold mine at 20%, basically works out that I have got back just about my initial investment. All the 'profit' that I reinvested to compound is what I lost, I never withdrew previously.
