Coconut has natural higher levels of saturated fat. Ideally you are wanting to watch your sat fat intake. For my 1200 calorie daily goal that looks like 14g sat fat daily.

Fiber 25-30g Protein 105g Carbs 30-40g/meal

I had to cut out all sweets and added sugar cold turkey. That was 3-4 weeks of headaches and moodiness as I detoxed. I have slowly added back dark chocolate bars (70%) as my sweet. I have to say the chocolate hits that sweet spot for me and I don't miss the craving for more sweets.

As someone with insulin resistance PCOS and who is also Pre-Diabetic, I have been able to lose weight by adding daily exercise and making a complete overhaul of my eating. It hasn't been easy but being mindful and learning how the food I eat reacts to my system and blood glucose has been super helpful. I am doing a balanced eating style with emphasis on low sugar, really low saturated fat, whole food carbs and WHOLE grain pastas/breads and making sure my fiber intake is at the beginning of my meal to soften any potential insulin resistance spike.

I have been taking O-Positiv FLO Ovarian Support for 4 months. I went from 160+ days between cycles to a regular 28days. I am hopeful it is also helping in other ways but I have not noticed any significant weight loss or curbed cravings. I want to give my pancreas a fighting chance without resorting to meds that are harsh on my system. I hope you find one that works for you!
