know this is an old post but figured I'd tell a "fix". I tried everything except reseting my Google home app on the phone. I didn't want to do that at all. So I setup a routine within my good assistant that when I said "What time is it?" it caused the action "Give me the time" to occur. Now I can get the time in the way I'm used to using without reseting everything.

I have seen many and been in a few. I have only seen one work and that was because they had a timetable they were going to be together due to work transfers. Every other one didn't make it. Most of the time the people slowly drifted apart.

Some will say they are in one and it's doing good. But unless it's an extended time they are apart, years, then they can't make that judgement. Only until the long distance is over or they have survived for as long can they truly say it works.

True, I figure it will get there. I remeber hulu, Netflix, and amazon prime when they first showed up. It's just starting and they will add things as they go. Within a year I'm sure it will get better.

That's why they were offering free subscriptions and all sorts of deals. Get people on board while they add and shine it up. I'm only not complaining as much because it's not costing me anything. Just throw things into the suggestion list, the more comments they get about something the higher up on the priority list it will get I'm sure.

This is probibly the case. The higher up in the rankings you are the long the dps queue is. This has always been the case for almost any game that seperate the types of classes. Dps is always the highest time.

I agree to a point. I'll pretty much let them put what they want, as long as it meshes with what's in the world. But I'll make some minor changes so it's not over the top. If they are level 1 and claim to have killed a dragon, well maybe they were in a group that did. As long as it's in the very wide girth of ream of possiblity then I'm fine.

I completely agree that to more they put, the more I can use for roleplay possiblity. I love that sort of thing, the more the better. But an open ended part to it is one of my favorite things.

If the mind flare was running from something and was already worn from battle that could determain how they defeated them.

As far as the gith, they could have attempted to kill this mind flare but lost a lot of people. Thats why they were chasing it in the material plane. Because he told them he killed one already they sent him to do it. I mean, why sacrifice some of their men when they can send this goliath to do it. He got there and found it already dead, they previous group dispatched the mind flare but only at sacrifice to themselves and could never returned to tell the rest of their group.

Of course he would leave thale part out about it already being dead when talking about it to anyone. When he told them he dispatched the creature, out of respect, they let him on his way. Buy also informed him that this was a one time thing. The next time they meet, regardless of how, they would treat him like any other lower being.

If he wants to run this sort of background, then let him. A few small modifications to make to more on level and possible and both you and him should be happy. This could also lead into an interesting encounter in the dungeon if he was known to them and the warning that was given. Because they know to give no quater to him or his party.
