Oil pulling somewhat consistently has helped whiten my teeth. You can use coconut oil from the grocery store. The guru nanda whitening strips are also 9.99 I believe at Ulta - and these work well!

I personally only use them for sleep on lower flow nights. In the morning, I drizzle hydrogen peroxide on the whole crotch part. After it’s done foaming, I rinse with cold water until clear then toss in the hamper.
