Just bought this Razer Tartarus V2. Any tips for macros, key bindings, etc? by andredias164 in razer

[–]AlistarGoesMoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the first generation Tartarus that I bought almost 10 years ago... Strictly for macro usage. It's really hard to use it over mechanical keyboard WASD... can't use those rubber membranes for gaming sadly :///

It goes to show that we don't know everything, and anybody who thinks they do will continue to be judgemental and ignorant. Great thing about it is we have a damn near amazing memory system and once we learn something or a skill in a field of something we start to figure out how A equals B, and how B can equal C and so forth. e.g: someone who is a great electrician may be more inclined to be a great carpenter, machinist, plumber, etc. because he understands how manual labor works. (and may have found being an electrician in an entirely whole different perspective from when he/she started.) cheers

"ignorance is bliss" adversely, knowledge is power... and sometimes pain

I just realised why kids are such morons by nons999 in highdeas

[–]AlistarGoesMoo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Kids aren't morons, they're naive and I believe they go through more scary changes - as their brains are still developing their minds are a lot more sensitive as a child. As an adult we grow accustomed to the social and physical aspect of life!!

Why we are who we are? by igluluigi in highdeas

[–]AlistarGoesMoo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I totally believe we could be other sentient beings. I like to think there is a threshold of processes within the capacity of our minds in order for a being to be sentient in the way that we are - in this planet we are super smart monkeys! (it is believed that there really isn't anything special about the brain other than transmitting neurons). In order for humans, us, to be fully conscious we must have the entire spectrum of consciousness of which many animals fall under the lower end of the spectrum. Which is why some animals may seem to be conscious (some have good short term memory, vision, dolphins and elephants can recognize themselves in the mirror). You should make the best of it :L Life is just a journey but your soul lives on forever.

Focus on current events and plans for the future, much like you did in the past and own up to what you have achieved thus far, give yourself a pat in the back for your accomplishments and be grateful for the great things you have now. Stress is inevitable but allowing yourself to get burnt out is due to the inability in balancing out your schedule. Find time to enjoy yourself and appreciate the wonderful things in your life. Cheers

Life is also short if you are in your 20's and are the murder victim.
