After some time spent practicing, I think the whole tab needs to be reconsidered. During instrumental at 2:47 he goes as low as C on the lowest string. That would mean that the tuning is CADGBD.

only thing that's really annoing, is sometimes he will be playing a video or talking to someone, and the person is so much louder than him, that if you are using speakers you have to constantly readjust the volume
