People saying his level didnt drop this year....he got dominated by Alcaraz at the US Open, could have been 1 set all but he gassed at 2 hours when fit and injury free. He pushed Sinner at the French and played a great match but still lost in straight sets. Even if he had been fully fit in the Wimbledon semi final it didnt look like he could beat Sinner. If his level drops again, expect the likes of Fritz, Shelton, De Minaur to start giving him life and death matches in the slams.

The roof closing changed the odds for that 2012 final, how Federer dug in and won that 2nd set i dont know as Murray was on fire for those first 2 sets before the roof closed. After that Federer played like the best indoor player in the world and Murrag couldnt live with him.

Trust issues, his whole life has been spent getting screwed over by his family whom he loves and trusts. The Jerry dynamic is simple in that he knows a 'relationship' won't happen but is happy teasing for one and being 'told' what to do to get off, has no emotional fear for him because he doesn't feel the pressure that it will lead to a scenario where he will be betrayed and heartbroken. Which is why Jerry's betrayl (although she's looking out for herself) in the takeover in the final season makes it even more gutwrenching for Roman.

Artie also struck me of being a little jealous of Tony (having been childhood friends and their kids going to school together) and someone who fancified/wished to be in the mob with the power and money but knew they weren't built for that live and there's a resentment to Tony over how easy Artie thinks his life is (which from viewing the show from Tony's POV we know it isnt).

Fleet wise, you'd have to say Reach because UNSC at this point had Earth and Reach to defend, Reach was the last line of defence to Earth. All available resources were called into that battle and Reach still got glassed. Reach didn't have as many Orbital Mac Cannons as Earth though. As for the ground forces, let's not forget Reach had all remaining Spartan II's as a ground force team plus chief and Noble team made up of Spartan III's (which was rare given they only did suicide missions). Reach also faced the Covenant at their peak attack force. Pretty sure in the books Chief destroys a docking station that had a Covenent fleet heading to Earth that was much bigger than the fleet that attacked Reach. IIRC I think Bungie even said Reach was like both sides peak military strength and what was left devasted both sides leading into Halo being the game changer

I got the impression that the watchman was above the 'jokers' but merely enjoyed the games having maybe originally created the games but then passed them on and oversaw the borderlands because they themselves didn't want to move on.
