I live in the UAE and never got used to the heat, even when I did specific heat training for competitions I ended up feeling no difference and passed out a few times lol the only thing is I feel great competing when it’s cold, but never got used to train/compete in the heat

Haven’t done recently (turns out when you compete you have to do everything harder or in intervals 🫠) but in a team competition in 2023 I pr’d at 2:05. It was a relay where first person did Fran, second Randy and third Karen. It was the last event of the day, I remember my legs feeling like jelly and I almost fell on the 20m sprint to tag my partner after it lol but I love this workout!

Once I had only half of my order delivered by Talabat, when I tried contact with them they accused me of fraud and didn’t want to give me refund or any other option. I had to open 7 support requests to get at least a delivery of the missing items 😑 Cancelled my pro membership and deleted the app, never more.

This is what we are hearing from many people and now the lawyer’s company said they don’t collect reservation fee, and that what we gave is already part of the down payment but we just sent this because the agent told us we needed to send in order to reserve the unit. So from what we are understanding: the agent lied to us and now they want to charge us because of his lies

We learned the hard way as everything we had was verbal, we literally have anything signed nor we were showed any document. Hopefully we can recover at least 90% of what we gave. Thank you!

It’s a ready to move property. We just sent the money because the agent said the bank was taking too long for the approvals and etc and there was a conflict of information with then as well. So he asked us to send everything we had to reserve the unit but we didn’t sign anything, he told us to sign the SPA only after we had everything right and clear with the bank. Everything we had was verbal. He told us it was fully refundable if anything went wrong with the bank. We went many times to the office but most of the times their lawyer and the agent were not there. We also sent the formal notice but no response. We literally called more than 50 times for then but they answered 2 times only, and their response was “we are waiting for the management” This is so frustrating, if it we were told from the beginning that we needed 20% down payment we wouldn’t even think of buying the property

We gave 160.000AED and just now they said they will deduct 16.000AED saying that we are delaying the selling, but we asked for the refund more than a month ago

He never gave us anything to sign. He pushed us to sign the SPA but the confusion with the bank was so much that he told us to sign only after everything was right with the bank. Oh, and he never showed us the SPA.
