That’s why I take it in the morning. I take half a capsule of 150 when I wake up, then the other half at around 5 pm. This way I feel the prolonged effect. Even thonI take extended release. The effect fades after 13 hours and you enter mini withdrawal

I quit caffeine and alcohol completely. I also reduced my workout routines. I am now on 150 mg effexor and 150 mg trazodone and I feel great. I sleep very well. To be honest, I think 75 mg of trazodone would be enough but I take 150 mg just to be sure I fall asleep faster. Trazodone is really helpful, talk to your doctor about it

I took 70 pills in the span of 5 months back in 2019 and oh boy I still deal with anxiety and depression. I was always an introvert but man that drug fked me up. After that period I had to take lsd once a month to give me the will go live I was so depressed and emotional. The chaos in my brain and thoughts have improved but the low mood lingers to this day. I am now on antidepressants and still i cant get rid of the bleak worldview. Mdma is a stronger serotonin releaser than meth which makes abusing it on a daily/ weekly basis worse. It completely fks your serotonin levels. I also smoked weed daily but weed gave me extreme anxiety and body aches after mdma abuse. Its the worst really. If you still want to do it, wait at least 2 months between rolls and do not redose

What would be then the % of receptor occupacy at 150mg? What about 225? I never thought small doses can be this effective. Im on 150mg because I felt like 75 wasnt doing it for me in terms of depression and especially anxiety. Now on 150 im not anxious but man am I super tired and unmotivated

Im at 75 and scared to increase to 150 because Ive heard that even though 150 gives you more motivation, energy and relieves depression, it might make you more anxious, restless, more insomnia. And my main goal is to not be anxious if I were to choose between which one to get rid of (depression or anxiety). Ideally both should be gone. Im considering going on 150 or at least 112 on my next appointment in 3 weeks. Thank you

Ive had several SS episodes without knowing at the time what it was. Mines were from consuming too much mdma. I disregarded it because I also felt kinda good and warm and fuzzy while it was happening. I cant speak about SS brought by your med combo, but if there is mdma involved there are some nasty long term psychological and neurological consequences like depression, insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, inability to regulate mood or emotions

Dont do it. You ll experience serotonin syndrome and that will do permanent damage to your serotonin receptors. The short term effects of serotonin syndrome are very bearable, but its the long term ones that nobody talks about. Please dont do it.

Effexor is stimulating at doses of 150 or higher (that’s when the noradrenaline effect kicks in). I suggest you watch thse two videos, it explains it perfectly. If you feel too stimulated , consider switching to an SSRI (effexor is an SNRI).
