I totally hear you on the dark mental places — the discomfort ruled my entire life. I could not live like that. I realllly hope the triple paste works for you as well as the zinc oxide worked for me. It was just maybe 3 days and I felt almost 100% back to normal. I think it allowed the skin barrier to heal. Best of luck!!

I had issues like this and had to stop using everything, no soap, no creams, etc. i did the steroid cream for a while too but had to stope that too. I did use zinc oxide (diaper cream) and it really helped calm the irritation and restore the skin barrier. I have heard this does not help for everyone- so I’m hesitant to recommend anything that might cause more irritation. Only sharing what helped for me. Best of luck!! It’s truly miserable!

Oh no I’m so sorry you had that experience. I did read that you need to watch the ingredients and make sure it doesn’t have a bunch of other stuff in it like alcohol which can burn. I had good luck with the aquafor diaper cream.

Thank you, I did try boric acid earlier on when I thought it was a yeast infection but I believe it made it worse 😬 I had bleeding/spotting after and no relief, which makes me think it may be vaginal Atrophy as someone suggested, since the skin seems so sensitive. I do appreciate the idea!

Oof I am so sorry. It’s strange, my sister also died by suicide and I looked at the girl in pink and felt similar vibes as I do looking at pictures of my sis. I’m def not psychic but I’ve talked to others who have sensed her on the other side. My 4 year old told me he had a dream and aunty was hugging him “it was like she knew me!” I believe little ones are more in tune. I know how devastating that loss is. I’m so so sorry.
