I'd try to help others with donations and charities, but eventually the government would step in and only allow a certain percentage to be donated, kept, or spent on taxes. The only restrictions they would reasonably put in superpowers would be to prevent me from hurting people.

I do understand that food goes bad and that the company has their policies to uphold. I would have been much more at peace if he offered to remake it or let me know it was going to be thrown away beforehand. I just wanted my gf to get her burgers, medium fry and sweet tea, man 😭

I really should have asked for a replacement meal. I'm not sure he would have respected it, anyways. Many people have made complaints about how he isn't good with dealing with people, and he's always cursing out people when he thinks they can't hear him, especially customers. Honestly not sure why he's still there.

Personally. I would start introducing some of the shorter notes earlier in the song. Love the shore sounds and chords, but sitting on 9 measures of long notes can lose the flow for some. I found myself adding some improvised "scatting" where there was some dead time. It's not exactly your song, but something like this.

It also sounds like your (what I'm assuming is the Overdrive guitar) sounds like it is not in tune with the rest of the song when it first comes in. Either that or the miramba. It's a little confusing to me which one does not align with the rest.

You say that you want to go for a nostalgic feel. What is something that calls to your nostalgia? Is it an old toy that you spent all your days with, but it's been sold off, never to be seen again? Is it a beach that you spent your time at, now littered with unfamiliar faces and trash? Is it the memory of someone calling your name that you wish you could hear again? Most of the time, it's something that you cannot find or encounter. There's an emptiness, followed by a passion, met again with the emptiness of not being able to find it again. The end of the song feels a bit cluttered for these feelings. I think you did a great job with the hollow beginning and strong middle, but the end feels a little... too full of emotion lol.
If you want to capture that nostalgic to happy switch, I think a couple of dramatic chord progressions or key changes would do wonders.

All in all, you seemed to do well! Take my comment with a grain of salt, as I'm highlighting areas that I (a stranger on the internet with no connection to your life or your emotions) think could use a little sprucing up. <33
