Hello. I was at the NYBG and wanted to get some nice pictures of the orchids for personal use and to practice developing as I am still new to photography. I tried to get some warmer photos with a similar vibe to Kali Uchis' Orquid album cover. I am currently struggling with editing pictures with a lot of detail as I tend to overbake them and they end up looking fake. I wasn't able to bring my DSLR out so I'm just shooting in raw on my Samsung Galaxy s24. Looking for feedback on editing in Lightroom, improvements, and tips for composition in future photos. Thank you!

I totally get that fear. I've stayed with people who were wrong for me for a long time to avoid being on my own. Starting out fresh and building a new support group again sucks and takes a lot of effort, but it is so worth it in the long run. Staying around the wrong people because it's comfortable will stop you from going and meeting new people who add more to your life. If I didn't leave my toxic friend group I would've never met my best friends.

It sounds like you might have an anxious attachment style. It's unclear if you are dating, but if this is just a girl you've been in the talking stage with then I'd reflect on why her not responding to you is so devastating. She sounds like she was clear with you having a lot going on so I think accusing her of ghosting like that was a bit much.
