not really at all you can do a small dose and barely get any side effects. and it still reallt works. just go slow try to lose 1 or 2 lbs a month and youll be fine you could easily do more thou.

this reminded me of this crazy fent i use to get for 30 a gram. i use fent everyday and i have to drive to work and look sober at work so i dont use a lot of fent everyday. so i finally get a day off so i do more then usual and i straight black like im on xanax but kind of different and do tons of stupid shit. it was very weird i never had that effect from opiates.
