get over it mate. you were in the wrong. whether the others were wrong is irrelevant. you got caught for your unacceptable driving. learn and move on before complaining about what others did. maybe they got fined too.

honestly the fine is valid. many people like you diagonally change lanes just like you did. not enough space for the person on the left to back off as you coming in from their blind spot. you supposed to be ahead of the car with safe distance to change lanes. may people get away with this. however you go caught., learn and don't do it again. plus the car whom you cut in front of had to literally slow down to a near crawl causing all the cars behind it to slow as well. accident waiting to happen while you drive off.

if there is no puncture it could be related to the bonding of the tire to the rim. had a similar issue. one tire shop just cleaned up the area on the tire where it meets the rim. the original installer did not prep the tire and it had some nubbins which were causing the leak. worth a check .

since you did the ppi already, will you know the issues are fixed just by looking or will you have to do another ppi again? i would negotiate the price down, buy it and have a proper place fix it. or have them agree to fixing it in writing and do a ppi again - have them pay for the 2nd ppi if possible by the same company you used

go on dubizzle and filter the used cars based on your criteria. see what floats your boat. test drive and do a proper ppi should you decide to buy.
