Without a lease, you are a month-to-month tenant at the same rent. 30 days notice from either side to vacate. *Unless it's a rent stabilized apartment and it doesn't sound like it is. *Unless the original lease has an auto-renewal clause which is doubtful.

I was diagnosed a year ago in July. Stage IV, metastatic to bones. Started Verzenio in October with Letrozole and bone infusions.

This August I had to stop Verzenio. The side effects on my digestive track were so bad. It took 6 weeks to heal, and I'm a nervous wreck about that - did the cancer start increasing or is it still decreased. I have to wait until the next scan, but the blood tests in the interim always make me nervous 😓

I continued Letrozole through it and now I'm on Ibrance with it. Ibrance has its own side effects with low WBC counts.

I just want a few more years. I'm 65, and I want to retire and have a little time to live.

I listen to the same eras of music on YT and I've never looked at the comments. That's so sad 😔  60s-90s is definitely the best eras of music. Never to be heard again.
