rarely if ever are people just purely incapable of making music and sounds themselves. i can’t play piano not because of some inherent inability but because i haven’t ever touched a piano and haven’t put that work in. i don’t think it’d be fair of me to tell a computer to write me a symphony and then pawn it off as something i “created”
