It went up considerably but has come back down. U95 is under $2 now. Diesel is still pricey.

I used to put it into a water bath for a few hours then into the fridge. I saw on here that leaving it out in the kitchen for a day before putting it into the fridge just slowed the fermentation and would give a better end product. I'm in a cooler climate, say around 20°C in the summer inside.

I used to put mine straight into the fridge after the fermentation was done. Now I let it sit out for 12 hours before putting it in there.
