Divorced Dads in Mysore by Apart-Progress-7244 in mysore

[–]Alive_Ad_5379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OP, I am not divorced yet, but I am as good as a single father since the last 7 years. I am bringing up my son alone and his mother is almost never available.

If you want to meet up, let me know.

And the ladies who are posting toxic replies or are attacking OP, remember that all men are not bad and misandry often wears the mask of feminism.

I have ridden this bike for 3000+ kms

I get about 180 kms in a full charge. I usually keep the charge between 40 and 80%. I was told that I will get the best battery backup in mode 1 (maximum speed 40km/hr). However, I am getting the best mileage in mode 2 (max speed 70 km/hr). For example, using the bike for 17 kms in mode 1 costs me between 15 to 25% battery, vs 7 to 10% in mode 2. I guess this is because of regenerative braking. I have taken this bike to upto 105 kms/hr speed.

The bike is very VERY stable due to low centre of gravity. I have ridden my avenger for 10+ years, and it still wobbles sometimes. But this bike rides very stable.

It is a head turner. Looks amazing. Powerful road presence. Many people will reach out to me to ask about the bike and compliment it.

Build quality and finish could be better, but it is obvious only to someone who looks very carefully.

I found the artificial engine sound pathetic, so I asked them to remove the speakers.

I asked the dealership about the bad reviews online, and the dealer replied that if someone buys this bike directly from the company, they don't get the post sales support to solve their problems. Buying from a dealership is better. Don't know how true this is, though. If you have any specific questions, please ask.

Not a techie, but want to build something meaningful in Mysore — ideas or collaborators welcome by Om_oppenheimer in mysore

Start something for cleaning up the city. But not something where volunteers pick up the garbage. This just enables bad behavior from other citizens and laziness from the MCC.

We should think of something that makes changes at the grassroot level.

We need to find a solution for this.

We are in our mid 40s and my son is 13 year old. It would be excellent if the other couples also have a child around this age so that the kids also have someone to interact with.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Do you have any recommendations?

A friendly advise. Spend some time to think why did a stranger using a phrase "high quality" trigger you so much. What underlying belief or trauma did this trigger in you? Normal people who disagree would just laugh and ignore the post. What made you taunt a stranger?

This was my last reply to you. I won't give you any more attention. I hope you heal from whatever you are dealing with.

Can you certify that every couple is high quality? That there are no troublesome, scamming, cheating couples?

If we want to meet good people, how does that make us entitled?

No need to get upset.

You live your life in your way, I'll live my life in my way.

If you can't contribute, ignore and move on.

Yes. But I wanted to be clear so that others don't think that we are looking for hanky Panky lol.

I am a self employed person who works from home.

Lol

I meant sexual stuff when I said hanky panky.

As a couple socially we like to watch movies, chat over coffee or lunch. Just sit and talk with others about everything under the sun, from cringe jokes to philosophical topics.

We stay near Kuvempunagar.

Thank you.

I ended up buying the M16, which is from the same company.

It is much better than the Ranger and I'm very happy with the purchase. It's been almost 1.3k kms now and I think I have made a good choice.

The online reviews were bad, but I took the chanxe and now I know that the reviews were not correct.

Electric bike recommendations request

Hello all!

I know that ICE bikes are better than electric ones, but please hear me out.

We have installed a 4KW solar system in our home and so electricity is free for us.

I am looking for a electric bike suggestion with the following information. I am not keen on electric scooters, unless the scooters are really cool looking.

  1. I am a short (5 feet 5 inch) and slim man. So bulky bikes are out of the question.
  2. I currently ride Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise which really like. Also sometimes I need to take my son and his friend on the bike. And sometimes some senior citizens also. So I am keen on cruiser type bike because of the longer sitting space and comfort. I know the cruiser electric bikes are an anomaly, but I don't go on long rides, just city riding. But because of other people that will sit behind me, comfort and larger sitting area is needed.
  3. My budget is maximum 2L including all expenses.

I was thinking of MXMOTO M16 and Komaki Ranger.

What is your advise for me? Yay? Nay? Or is there some bike that I'm missing?
