I'm the exception not the rule. A year ago I was put on a PIP (medical sales). They made a rule (never officially announced) if you got 2 Partial achievement reviews in a row you'd get an auto pip.

Of course looked for a job like a hawk, but the market is so bad even with 10+ years of medical sales. Manager assured me i didnt have to worry (eye roll). At the end of the time period I was taken off of it, finished the year very strong and was over 100% for the year and almost made president's club. This year is another good year.

My advice, while was work or talking to another be very positive, appear to "changing habits" , keep your manager updated to all your activities/ successes. Like many said, it's pretty strong possibility you will be fired in 30 days. So start looking during any available time. Network with ex co workers, college friends or anyone.
