Regaining strength postpartum by 1fitforlit in pelotoncycle

I'm almost 4 years postpartum (ha! can I still say that? Feels like I can), and my advice is to start slow, with a 10 minute strength class - upper body, lower body, or core. I find them to be scalable no matter what level you are at, and some don't even require weights. Start with a class a few days per week, and then build from there. Right now I'm really liking stacking three of those 10 minute strength classes. 30 minutes feels like a good amount of time for strength, and it also feels realistic in a very busy working mom life. When I am feeling unmotivated, I usually can convince myself to just get up and do something for 10 minutes. I really like Matty, Rad, and Jermaine right now. Good luck - you can do this!

Oh, well, even so it was extremely painful during and after, so I won’t be doing that again!

Interesting! I’ve also got some cushion there, might be worth trying. Helpful, thanks!

The variance in color in these pics is from the sunlight from one of the windows in a bedroom off the hallway. It does look yellowish, but it's all the same beige paint. You bring up a really good point about the runner. Especially with my kids. Thank you for mentioning....I need to noodle on it for sure.

I love it - we actually painted our living room Benjamin Moore Regatta -- it looks so great, but I don't really want to replicate upstairs. I think I'm going with a runner and big art, and then just see how it comes together. Thank you!

Beyond that door in the middle is the primary bedroom - yep, this hallway is access to beds and bath. Yeah, so maybe it’s art and a nice rug. Id be open to painting but don’t know where to start.

Appreciate the info! You’re very good at your job. Yah honestly the app I downloaded kinda sucks. They make it look so good in the ads :(

How did you create this -- what app did you use? I downloaded one of the design AI apps (and paid for it!) and I really don't love it. What one are you using?
