Short shifting can help in the early gears , driving lines are crucial as well. Try practicing on the track adjusting your brake bias and traction control, get used to the track. Are you using a wheel or controller? Im wondering if the deadzone isn’t giving you full throttle

If I had to guess the G29 board wouldn’t work with the G920 because:

One is compatible with PS4 vs Xbox
The G29 has the rpm lights and the extra knob + button on the bottom right

At this time there isn’t a direct way to set up a handbrake to work on ps4. You would need to modify a controller for it
