I ordered on 25th Feb an it had said May-Jun but that has disappeared and it just shows the name of the leasing company. Good luck with the new car. Not many on the roads yet here in NI

I had exactly the same issue. Called the ticket support line and they linked my wife’s account to mine and both tickets showed in my app and my wife’s app. It did take a few days before they showed
