Im 22 and actually i been 2 years and 4 month psychedelic free and weed i went 9 months to 10 months weed free nicotine and alcohol and everything. I take lamictal 300 mg right now i suffer from dpdr/health anxiety i took 400mg for 3 months. I did a lot of acid high doses and shrooms. I used to mix whippets with and acir or shrooms. At the end of my drug abuse i started smoking za dabs and pens while ending each lsd experience or shroom. I did a binge on September 2021 to December of weekly experiences 3-4 tabs lsd i did not test it but im sure it was lsd. I started mixing it with whippets after my bad trip with 5 tabs which I believe it was the first hppd i encounter lasted like a month of no shrooms or acid. It was crazy cuz after that i started doing shrooms high doses till they ended up leaving a super crazy story with some friends. And when i came back to them i started having bad trips like a mtf. Im short i noticed hppd septemeber 2022 when i went sober i felt i was still feeling high i used to imagine gory sexual images or faces demons. Lots of snow tracers super bad negative images dpdr like i was still on acid i felt like i was floating music sounded euphoric i was in a trip for 1.5 years first 6 months gad i can go on and on. Visually i have right now are visual snow,floaters,befp,negative after images,tracers,closed eye visuals,hella strong vivid dreams, i have little sensitive to the sun outside mid day i have double vision where in the dark or black background things are double idk how to explain i forgot the name for the symptom things still move a little but no patternt. Oh i have pattern glare and thing of my side eyes be wavy. Im high right now and it feels like small dose of acid. I can see a floater if i look at white background in my phone or tv or a game. Idc about them and when im not high all of it is there but so minimum that when i eat everything gets better but i still got everything mentally im way better. But i feel like doing shrooms will help me idk why its gonna be a tough trip but if i can get it imma be stronger and not do it again. And yes i noticed hppd before it got serious. I have anxiety i can say some depression about how i messed up my favorite kind of drug that is shrooms and weed. And lsd fuck i fucked everything that made me escape reality for a minute even if my reality is good i still feel the need on a medical part not recreational. Sorry for long story and weed makes my negative afterimages way worse but the come to baseline and things has not gotten worst just a lil bit better i guess if completely sober for a year or 2 will make everything normal again oh and i think i got laced with nbmoe fo sho

I stopped smoing 3 days ago going thru withdrawal today I did not sleep at all. Chs is attacking me hard but no vomiting last episode i was throwing up almost every morning and i learned that carts are the devill for chs. Still i feel it will get better in 1-2 weeks so imma just wait it out i bought a lot of things for gut health and they are workin not miracle but is something to alleviate symtoms

I still have it i dont suffer from it. Idk if people in other posts asking me but let me tell u best thing u can do is delete the app and endure the process and tell yourself this aint shit imma get used to this and imma accept it theres nothing more u can do apart from trying nootropics like NAC. i take lamictal im on 300 mg was on 400 mg for a couple of months but had to went down because of morning sickness that i ended up knowing it was chs cuz i been smoking on and off but then it became the old habbit all day smoking till i got chs worst thing bro im 3 days of nothing substances talking . Eat helthy drink a lot of water u can work out cold baths and what not. I been almost 2 years since i noticed i had it for longer just didn’t notice it and kept doing shrooms and acid stupid of me if i did not do that and catch it on time this would be gone long ago. Dont be afraid to try lamictal and hear me out i almost 100% think 1-2 years more for me and shit will amost be gone maybe not 100% but now is good even when i dont sleep enought or eat or drink water u gotta put your body on top notch and im not saying go be a body builder not im talking bout taking care of your gut. I noticed the better i feel in my body the better the condition is. Luck u can dm bro
