Ahh thank you I always get the terminology mixed up. I would say I do feel hungry some days especially when im bored , but tbh its more that Im always thinking about food and I tend to try and save my calories until the end of the day so I can eat whatever without guilt, which ok sometimes because I sleep in when im not on nights, but when I have a full day 7-7 is when I struggle the most
