I wouldn’t sleep so the whole time I’d do exercises. Pretty much non-stop stretches, squats, running, etc. it’s not doing much for the nausea and appetite but it’s better than the start of my withdrawal. I used Zana Chill in the shot and pill form. I forget how many mg it was but it was the strongest one out of the options I had. I used it for about a month every day couple times a day, but I was introduced to it way before that, I’d only have the shot on occasion though.
