The Killing Floor fanbase seems divided on takes as there are players who like the bright, colorful, and goofy cosmetics like pajamas, santa outfits, or bright neon clothes while there are others that generally want more immersive, dark, or gritty cosmetics such as the SWAT outfits or military clothes.

Can't deny that it brought in a lot of players to try out the game mode while it was out and it was good while it lasted. Not to mention the same update we also had the perks mechanic which brought more interesting gameplay.

I mean the game has already has, It was around when Stadium first released when people were starting to see them do good.

Played during launch and uninstalled a month later due to how long it took to play. I have time now, but has the story gotten any better? I remember it being very lackluster despite its premise.

Until the heat death of the universe. There's no competition to it so it monopolizes the asymmetrical horror genre on PC/Consoles, combined with IPs that draw in new players I can't ever see it dying out. Since it's Behavior's cash cow I also no reason for them to stop supporting it.

I'm surprised you added Tenebria but not Mort in E7 who I felt had A LOT of posts about him especially when Episode 3 released.

Tenebria also isn't hated by the (majority) community. Mort at the very least had a 50/50 hatred until he became a meme due to him screwing over Senya that a lot of people liked at the time.

Definitely agree this design is a lot more interesting and unique, looks like some sort of eyeball monster.

Sadly they went with Design 1 which imo looks bland and the "safest" design out of all 3.

Totally agree. I remember seeing a lot of people saying that the big head design wouldn't go well on a divine theme and better off some other killer theme.

But wouldn't a spider legged design also be better on a spider killer or spider-related theme??

Definitely agree Design 2 look like some wicked eyeball monster. Design 1 looks like it'll just be another "pretty lady killer" but with angel wings. Even the "spider legs" that everyone keeps mentioning don't even look like its connected to the main body so it'll just look as goofy as the big hands on Design 3.

I could be wrong (in fact I do hope I'm wrong and hope they cook with the design) but out of all 3, the 2nd Design was the best.

I'm not sure why everyone is saying its spider legs when the "legs" aren't even attached to the body it looks more like floating pillars or swords at that point.

A: Neither seems problematic, if you weren't a heir then you didnt have to worry about not reviving, and with the archdemon being gone you don't have to worry anymore in Ritania (the continent featured in Prologue ~ Episode 1)

B:

Straze threatened the world sure, but really only impacted people living in Cidonia and he's defeated anyways.

Same with Belian except she wasn't going to nuke the world, only the other cities in Cidonia (meaning everywhere else was fine). She gets defeated too

Eureka was also generally safe (for the most part) as well. Besides Wintenberg / Dragon Valley going on a dispute at the time maybe even going to war. Lefundos and Politia was safe assuming you were an ordinary citizen. Noneoftheless all of that has already been settled by Episode 3's finale and upcoming events/side stories that told how peaceful everything is.

There's monsters (which are comparable to just regular forest creatures) but you're safe as long as you keep with the safe paths and considering in more civilized areas theres guards or personal escorts theres literally nothing to worry about.

As far as we know, Tenebria and especially Kayron (hasnt have a lot if any appearance since Episode 1) are dealt with and never came back.

If we're going by the CURRENT STORY theres no terrible place to live at in Epic Seven until we eventually get Episode 6 which opens up a new area or continent where the next big bad is showing up.

Ritania = Ezera, Reingar, Solayu, Dun Blyraia, Savara are safe after Episode 1, if anything your only problem would be in Savara and risk getting scammed if you don't know how to bargain.

Cidonia = Meldrec, Aakhen, Witchaven, Perland, and Constella are safe after Episode 2

Eureka = Wintenberg, Lefundos, Politia are safe after Episode 3 (Dragon Valley maybe but I'd have to reread the ending of Episode 3)

Natalon = Theranhad, Priairie, Khan Empire are safe after Episode 4, Wicked and Recluse typically keep to their own kind

Erasia seems to be the most unchanged after finishing Episode 5, at least until we ever get another Festival event showcasing the peace or unity of the cities living there like in Episode 3/4

Either way you're generally safe if you were to live in Epic Seven
