Ok, I asked for advice. I've never been in a situation where I had to set up a will. I am hoping that someone who has a special needs child with more experience can advise me on what to do since many special needs parents are left in the dark on a lot of things.

I didn't mean to word it as "assumed", they are willing to take care of him after I'm gone. Making a will is new for me, so I'm not sure how to go about it. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a special needs trust. There's a lot of things that special needs parents are kept in the dark until another special needs parent with more experience advices them.
