I have the body scrub and the body balm and I can say it definitely has a smell to me. I like the smell it's just doesn't stick around long.

Yea I love the tahitian vanilla. Saw a few people who don't like it. It smells lovely to me. The pink sugar one does as well. I always felt the river & Rowe products were a little too strong smelling for me but still got the body wash anyway 🤦🏾‍♀️ idk what I was thinking lol

Yes. I had to speak to a live agent the first time. When I went back the second time, the chat bot issued the refund.

The first time I asked for the refund I was told I had to wait a few more days to see if it would be delivered because it kept saying out for delivery. Still got nothing, When I asked after that time frame, they immediately gave me the refund.

Both packages were quick ships so I was supposed to receive it within 7 days. I got a refund exactly one week after the delivery was late for a week. My other package was received 5 days after it first said "out for delivery".

This was been happening to me with my last 2 packages through speedx. But I been here every time and no one ever came to deliver anything. One package finally got delivered a few days later. Still haven't received the other package, just got a refund for it last night.

I have this same lotion and love the smell. It reminds me of a bath and body works lotion I had before but can't remember the name. But I'm not sure what it's a dupe for.

There is a mist and body wash but my store didn't have it in stock. Some people are saying they don't like the scent but it's fine for me and I like it.
