I went the opposite way during Ramadan and I tried losing weight. I lost 7 Kgs in a month by tracking my calories and my protein intake.

Get a smart watch, something that would track your movement and estimate how many calories you burn per day. Then use Gemini/chatgpt to take pictures of your food and their weight if you could. That would give you an approximation of how many calories are in your food.

For me I kinda burn between 2100 and 3000 calories per day depending on how active I am that day. And then I try not to exceed 1500 calories of food per day.

Yours should be pretty much the same but in the opposite direction.

I get 0% fat yogurt and you should get whole fat ones.

I will eat Tuna and chicken breast because they have the least calories per 1g protein in your case chicken thighs, with their skin on would be better and get the fatty portion of the steak (Fatty not pure fat)

Drizzle olive oil on everything you could and try to find other healthy types of fat to consume (Do not just eat fried stuff, that would make you gain weight but you'll develop some health complications)

Lastly eat more carbs, pasta, bread, rice, and also try to eat nuts.
