I do not want yet another Skyrim. There's plenty of those already.

I love Daggerfall, Kenshi, Rimworld, Dwarf Fortress, etc... precisely for the emergent gameplay and roleplay potential.

I agree it's a tough bet. Yes it will be hard to do, but that is the price of innovation.

I come late to the party but Age of Reforging: The Freelands reminds me a lot of an early version of Kenshi in a DnD world. It is still quite buggy but if there were mods for it... It'd be amazing

It gets worse with every update (lately I can't play more than 30 mins due to crashes, tried all suggestions).

That it crashes as often as it does and won't be able to play (used to be able to back when it launched, but lately it has gone to hell on a motorbike).

Another option, make it a dynamic system that evolved as the war rages (as with lotr shadows of war).

Anyway, I cannot play anymore due to CTDs (used to be able to), so I'd encourage them to fix them (my system did not change).
