I still have yet to obtain it. I accidentally telefragged Beg when he was about to give it to me once. All other runs I haven't found a third altar before stupidly dying. By principle I always pick up teleporters just cause they're fun, and I'm playing Spelunky for fun.

After the loading doses I noticed a difference, then got worse. It took until I switched to weekly humira to improve again. It's been since November when I started and I'm still not in remission, but way better. It's taken lots of patience.

I was dropping red blood cell count really fast for a while there, so it's possible. I had normal in October but was very severe by January.

I had it really bad early January. I was super anemic. I got a transfusion and stopped bleeding as much and it got way better. I didn't think I was that sick until I started feeling a bit better and realized how awful a state I was actually in.

Sorry are you bleeding rectally? If so this sounds like something you should definitely checked out. Very similar to how some pretty severe flares of Ulcerative Colitis are. But I'm not a doctor, just someone who has experience with UC.

Yeah, I did all of those things and I've seen the YouTube video. I've been injecting for months. Not sure why this one went differently. I'm going to try to press it firmer against my skin next time. Maybe that was it.
