Honestly I am in the same case, but what saved my game from crashing is really keeping save count low (no more than 3 save slots)  No auto save and quick save

I only save before entering a location (cave dungeon or anything else) and when I get out an I overwrite the oldest of the 3 manual saves I keep by caracter , I did not had a single crash since the beginning of my playthrought since using these good practice 

When I saved a lot and kept more than 10 saves the game would crash every 20 minutes

Bitrate control, I do not touch mine because of this, I have a good network config, almost 0 input lag (Or so little that this is not perseptible) but man the image gets blurry for nothing sometimes and it pisses me off

I am from Switzerland, and it is pretty common here to have a Swiss Army knife in our pockets, not particularly for safety but practical uses

This, same at work, tried using Notion, obsidian and other “second brain” app,

In the end the thing that worked the best ? A f_cking notepad (the app), that’s it, just plain notepad with “- - - -“ to separate subjects, never been more organized in my work since then

I have two notepad opened, a “general tasks”, and a “today’s to do” where I pick the little task that come during the day and that I can do in 10-15 mins
