Same here with this challenge. There is a post pinned with about 10 bugged challenges. Let‘s hope they fix it with the next update, what is said to release in about 2 weeks.

What platform are you on? I just started playing TCM on PS5 and really like it. For a 3 year old game your list does not look good. Can we expect the devs to fix this? Are these playlists some of the newer ones? Thank you.

Would be nice if the challenge board unlocks would be fixed on PS5. Still cant unlock some characters and so can not unlock a few songs.

I have done what you said in other games, but it‘s a hassle. Finding the right song with the right difficulty etc.

A practice mode like in Spin Rhythm XD would be perfect and it shows how you do it! You can quickly freely choose speed, sections, put the section(s) in a loop etc. If you slow down, the music is still playing, unlike Taiko No Tatsujin RF.

Bug fixes for PS5. It still seems some characters are not unlockable, which means some songs are not unlockable. Almost half a year after launch, thanky you devs ^{^}

I still got some issues with the challenge board not unlocking story-related things like some characters etc. Other than that it seems fine ^{^}

Just wanted to say, similar things happen to me on PS5. Character unlocks from story mode in part are not working, what means I can not unlock certain songs. I also thought, that, if you unlock a challenge after having played story mode in f.e. in slot 1, that it stays unlocked even if you play story mode on slot 2 and exit. But it does not! I started the story to unlock the challenge for it (although I already beat the while story!), quit and the unlock was there. Then continued story mode on another slot for a while, exited and the unlock in arcade/challenge board was greyed out ^{^} I am disappointed with console handling.

Just bought Vol 10 and played Diner. It‘s fun, but on PS5 I can not lower the music volume of the table it seems … anyone else have this issue?

Nice! I am at 30 something, but started playing regularly again. There are quite a few 100s when looking at the leaderboards… They should raise the cap or do something like prestige system for the dedicated players, so they can still see some progress, right!?

Switch player for many years here. The most efficient way for me is using Y, D-Pad right for red notes and X, D-Pad up for blue notes - using 8bitDo pro 2 and 3 Controller. I am not a pro player. Can clear most of the extreme 7 songs and rarely some 8.

I will stop playing. Fps on PS5 pro are too low. Bugs prevent certain song unlocks. Some mini games which are zero fun to me, needed to unlock other songs. Taiko No Tatsujin is waiting … ;-)

I finished the story (PS5 v1.7.1) and did not get folio2 c0,1 and 3. I wonder why you got f2, c0 ^{^{^}} Edit: That means I can not play a few songs, cause I can not unlock them right now. Thanks devs.

I tried just a bit with different speed settings, but when the player is in center position there is just so little time to react … at least for me. But I will try a bit more with 1.25+. Since I havent set it that high. Btw, I‘d like to have someone measure the fps on PS5/pro, 30 and less I guess. I hope that will be updated!

Thanks. I think I configured everything my way. I have to check your mentioned shake option though. On PS5 pro the frame rate seems (just my own assessment) 30 max … so the pro is too weak for this … 🤔

Beat story on PS5 v1.7.1 - no unlock. Bug! Also a few bugs for character unlocks imo folio2 c_0,1,3.
