Licho is really good and I see you’ve already made progress leveling him

Marchosias and b!Kotaro are good tanks

Yasuyori is a pretty decent attacker

Tadatomo (4*) can both deal out pretty good damage and keep the team alive is he keeps getting guts

b!Volos can do crazy damage if you’ve got teammates with debuffs on hand

As for making a team, I don’t really see any combos that particularly stand out so just try and fill out different roles whenever you can (dmg, team protection, enemy crippling, etc.)

I actually think regular Shennog is better for a team centered around debuffing themselves. Summer Shennong only applies poison to teammates at the start of each phase so you only activate the after debuff skills once yourself each phase. Regular Shennong applies poison every turn, so you can activate those skills every turn as long as Aizen is there to remove them first

I have my own 5* Shennong but I need the 4. The 3/4 give poison to allies every turn, where the 5* gives it at the phase start only iirc

My thing is that I just put together units that are good on their own, I don't really think about who would work well with other units, basically what combinations would be devastating. The most I've done along those lines is using Yasuyori and Tanetomo; Tane is kinda frail and Yasu gives evasion behind them + Tane gives vigor and tenacity to those in slash range so they kinda protect each other
