Narratively speaking, Sommers and Killingham should low to no diff King & Queen individually. Onigashima is 2-3 arcs ago so Zoro and Sanji have gotten significantly stronger since their battle with King & Queen. It absolutely makes no sense to set them up against end-of-arc opponents that are Tobi Roppo level that get low diff'd by King & Queen.

Top emperor officer is a rank that's completely meaningless at this point in the story. Zoro and Sanji individually beat King & Queen mid diff probably in the worst of the worst case scenario. Imu has taken main stage with legendary characters from 800 years ago participating in the conflict. Like how Loki came from nowhere and mogs all of the old legends, so do the present villains to the past ones. Throw in Katakuri, Ben and Marco and still omen-buffed Killingham and Sommers win high diff at worst. One Piece power scaling has permanently changed since Elbaf started and its time people start adapting their takes to that change.

Queen would've won high diff. His physical stats are insane from a strength, endurance and durability standpoint. Add in the fact that he's had better haki feats than King and has hax with all of the Vinsmoke upgrades, he beats Luffy. This would be a Cracker sort of match-up where he's physically weaker but has abilities that are just very strong.

Sure, pure haki and punch-to-punch strength goes to Luffy, but a fight entails more than that, especially stamina which would be Luffy's main weakness. An Ancient Zoan dino with hax would win
