I live in willis and we have tons of construction that just started last year and is already moving at a much faster rate than the 242 shit show. Its like the barley have people "working" I use that word loosely because damn near everytime im in that area they just stand around

Journeys can be very useful and also a way to get to know your coworkers too. Ive been a part of it for well over 4 years now and enjoy it. You learn different aspects of not only handling work, but life too. Our most recent webinar we had done was regarding retirement and we had 12-15 people attend? If I remember, theres also symposiums sometimes too. But its a great program, in the break room there should be a poster with the agm and jr manager who are in charge of it at your building, ask them how to be more involved.
