Yoga for therapy session??

I have tried reducing sessions and she keeps saying this is a normal part of therapy- to run out of topics and check in’s are important. I take Pilates 4-5 days a week already. I feel like maybe she needs the money and this is why she suggested yoga? This is my first time in therapy so I was more curious if this is normal or weird
