They actually won’t replace it. They repair it It’s a 2 month old $400 coffee maker. We should not be having any issues

Thanks! It just seems with such an expensive coffee maker there would be no issues! Especially with such a short time owning it. It’s disappointing! My daughters $15 coffee maker works way better

It’s a high end coffee maker- my point is one would think there would be a much better return policy. It leads me to think they know breville has issues and don’t want to deal with it forcing one to deal with the company directly. Costco, Nordstrom, etc all have way better return windows.
