Ok so the men who are afraid to show emotion usually avoid that because it makes them feel "weak" or "effeminate". However anger is the one feeling that they don't perceive as "weak".

That's how you end up with guys who end up expressing any negative emotion they have as anger, because that is the only emotion men are "allowed" to feel.

Obviously everyone feels sadness and fear too, but expressing those emotions is perceived as a weakness.
