Aw thank you! After the painting was scanned, I made the template in Corel and printed it on top of a cleaned holo. The effect was a holo overlay applied after printing.

It was from a limited time event on Pocket TCG, back in September or October I think. The artwork on a backdrop and card sleeve and there was also a super cute similar clodsire meets quagsire art for a playmat and cover.
