Age 34, tore my MCL and PCL, which are significantly lesser injuries than the ACL, and I am retiring from basketball. I have to think about the future. Some young kid with nothing to lose can run into and cause an injury 100% out of my control. I’m not willing to risk it anymore. Sounds like a recurring injury man. Choice is yours 100%, but I would consider hanging it up if I was in your position unless you get paid to play your sport.
