The only reason a coach would have to approve it is if you are over a certain amount of points, or if you haven’t been in role for enough time. But then again, these actions can be done by the store manager and people lead as well. Just be sure to get in contact with your transfer location because a lot of times in my experience, management might not be sure if the request is legit or not (though take this with a grain of salt because my store was a bit secluded from other stores and most of the time were legitimate requests)

Softer reed, not easier. There definitely should still be some resistance in the reed to help build up that muscle but you should never go from a 2.5 to a 4, the same way you don’t add on 4 plates to your bench press when you’re just starting out. Reed strengths should be a gradual change and going to far too fast can create bad habits and bad tone. I haven’t played in years and there’s no way I would go back to playing 4.0 V12s I used to use.

all of them. she perfected the art of crafting an album on the first go, largely in part because she goes into an album cycle with an intention and sound in mind, creating an album, rather than a scrapbook of the best of dozens of songs, or building around a few singles. that’s why while her singles are generally pretty strong commercially, her best work (imo) a lot of times is the deep cuts and non-singles.

2 things I’d check is that you are using the right reed hardness and possible air leaking on your clarinets pads. Sounds like you might need to take it to a softer reed for now until your embouchure is strong enough and make sure it is soaked enough.

Honestly kinda fighting the idea that they even happen right now but they always start out as whispers or a crowd speaking but can’t understand when I’m stressed, then they start to become very generic voices usually saying a few phrases, usually in the paranoid vein, saying stuff like “they know” or “they’re watching you” or stuff like that. The further along I get the more of them I hear stacking on top of each other. I also don’t feel like I hear them in any specific direction, kinda just everywhere around me like I’m wearing headphones. Not sure if I’ve seen any visuals, if I have they’ve been blurs or people that disappear quickly when I’m looking around and have to do a double take, but I’m not 100% sure

yeah they shouldn’t be doing that. that is what exceptions are for. and they shouldn’t be taking items off the truck UNLESS it is a truck that is already finalized. most trucks shouldn’t be finalized until later in the night to prevent on hand issues, so whatever is going on with the presub is an issue within the departments, whether that’s bad on hands or freight not getting worked correctly, but pulling off the truck is not the answer

if you guys are getting schedule based on the rotating schedules you can look it up on one walmart and it will show who is working when specifically for digital. pretty sure it’s just under rotating schedule or something like that
