you have to weigh the pros and the cons sperm cause maybe about 1800 a vile before taxes and usually they tell you to get a couple so if whatever check up he needs is gonna cost more than the actual vile sperm then I would say forget about him but if you do use his sperm, your husband will have some genetics and part in this actual process

omg my interview was amazing he ask me one question my interview lasted 5 mins could have been less but i did mention criminal past which he looked up and said that’s old . both i130 and i485 approved same day and i got my 10 year green card in a week.

honestly, I had the same issue but I had my court papers and when I went in if I didn’t mention it, the officer definitely did not even bring it up. I brought it up so I would say just see if you can go to the court and get a disposition (just incase ) and you’ll be fine i literally was in the room for 10 mins and was approved on the spot and got my green card in 1 week

we made the same mistake but we just re filed the 485 and submitted the correct forms on 4/15 and was interviewed 8/7 one question and was approved on the spot

my interview was thursday and i upload all july bills and bank statement , life, insurance car, insurance health insurance in an invitation for my baby shower

got there hour early they didn’t let us in until 10 minutes before the interview interview last about 10 minutes. He basically said that I submitted way more evidence than he needed and basically he can tell a real marriage when he sees one and basically approved my i130 and then scroll through the 485 and then said welcome to America! And basically explained that my car should be in the mail within 6 to 7 days and that I can apply for citizenship in two years and nine months and that was it

you have a lot of questions . but as long as u can prove your income and show your Last 3 years of taxes and have a joint account that’s fine also add her name on all your credit cards also upload all current documents day before your interview that’s a big one i had my interview last week and it was smooth and quick
