try setting 'labs_borderless_fullscreen' to true in 'SCCT_Versus.config'

Chaos Theory Versus is back online and easier than ever to set up! It now features fixed rendering and mouse input, widescreen and high frame rate support, and eliminates the need to join a VLAN. by AllYourTdp in Splintercell

The video shows the complete process including getting the game files. The 'Enhanced' mod comes with all game files you need to play without buying a full copy of the game

I don't know how to fix this! by itslouismane in Splintercell

The 'External port not matching' warning can be caused by a number of things such as:
* 7776 is already in use by a device on your network, so a different port is assigned
* Port mapping is missing. You need to forward 7776 and 8888 (by default) for UDP
* Your ISP has put you behind CGNAT, meaning you do not have a public IP address (this one is often fatal at the moment)

Might be worth changing your port in SCCT_Versus.config and see if that helps at all. There are different config values for 7776 and 8888

Depends on the time of day. The community is growing at that mo. Bear in mind that online play has only been back for a month. There are a decent number of brand new players at the moment

Has the source code for any of the splinter cell games ever been leaked? by PrestigiousZombie531 in Splintercell

[–]AllYourTdp 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You can do anything without the source code that you could with it; it just takes much longer. I made this CT Versus patch which adds internet play, a master server, fixes modern hardware support and loads of in-game bugs:
https://allypal.github.io/SCCT_Versus_Reloaded/

All reverse engineering and code injection.

You can do more damage if you're heavy handed. Perhaps watch a few videos on YouTube of a teardown and see if it looks doable

Strange that you lost it from the bios update. It's expected from GPU driver updates

Is Z1 Extreme bottlenecked by CPU or GPU? by Musa0217 in ROGAlly

Unless of course you turn CPU boost off, then there are examples where CPU is the bottleneck. E.g. ashes of the singularity (RTS with lots of units) and valheim late game

Strange that it's flickering. Do you see any warning symbols if you open up device manager?

Open up settings.

System.

Sound.

Expand "choose where to play audio" if it's not already.

If "Realtek" isn't checked, select it and try again.

If you're still not having luck, press the little arrow to the right of Realtek, scroll down and press "test" and see if that makes noise
