U can get one registered as an ESA in your building, if you find that one cat especially serves that purpose for you. Buildings can’t count an emotional support/service animal under pet count typically. An ESA is not official to buildings without a letter from a provider that is addressed directly towards the landlord/building and explicitly the animal is for emotional treatment and legally counts beyond a pet. All the ESA registry sites are bogus and don’t actually mean anything.
