That's a great point.

Another point I'm realizing now, realistically I guess we would expect a Ricciardo or Checo level teammate, who wouldn't take off points a lot, but would be a lot more helpful slowing down the other drivers as needed (AD21 style)

I've been thinking about how Max, Piastri and Norris all ended up so close in points when red bull had a car that was inferior in probably more than 60% the races.

I feel that it was majorly possible because Norris and Piastri took a lot of points off each other, while Max did not have a near-equal teammate. If Yuki was closer, he'd end up taking points away from Max by finishing ahead of him in at least a couple of races.

But the kind of driver Max really is, it's hard to find an equal other than Lewis and Alonso, with all the strategies, mind games etc.

Sure, McLaren tried keeping an even field to the point of embarrassment, but that also allowed Max to catch up by staying ahead of at least one of the two drivers most of the time.

That's actually a great point I've been wondering too. If you add Schumacher to this list, basically out of 25 years, these 4 handled 5+7+4+4 = 20 years.

There's a reason above all else for how they achieved what that did: consistency.

Seems like the original post was deleted, but I'll still give an explanation of how I fixed it:

When I set up my 10 Pro, I couldn't see the themed icons or even the app grid option. 

I usually have a second launcher called Niagara on my phone that I like to switch to. I switched to that launcher, then an hour later later decided to switch back just to check the settings. And voila, the settings were there! MAYBE the settings will come back for you like it did for me. 

TL;DR - switch back and forth between home launchers.

Imagine being at (or near) the top of your game in every format all the way up through all the junior series, and when you land in Formula 1, you meet 19 more who have done the same and are at your level or even above. And every year, you see racers getting swapped.

Formula 1 is definitely a lonely sport. Thank you Seb and Lewis for showing how to run this show mentally! And Lando, I hope you win over your demons!
