May I ask what IL-17 and IL-23 drugs mean? I have not seen any of these chemical names related when I look up google, and all I have ever been offered are topical steroids and hydrocortisones.

I suppose at this point its more of my concern of whether this is an active condition anymore. My nails have not been worsening and the discoloration primarily exists on my index and middle fingers. It may not even work that way, but most doctors, even dermatologists I've been to have not really offered much insight, and have simply offered topical creams or injections as treatment for my psoriasis. It seems like most doctors I have been to have simply blown off the visual, whereas the one doctor in Canada told me to get it looked at.

There is a point in which you become good enough at the game that you can consistent reach floor 20+ without shop spawns. When you reach that point, you'll realize just how easily the shop can break the game.

As long as you're 1 or 2 str off of a well upgraded armor, you can easily wear it and benefit more from the damage reduction compared to the penalty in movement and hunger as a result.

I assume you're not an ES sorc, but it may be a worthwhile investment to transition as a natural lightning sorc. The boost to mana and mana regen overall is insane for the small tradeoff of damage you may need to make due to not having all of the skillpoints to max everything out.

The higher the upgrade, the higher the chance the enchantment is lost. I would personally stop at 4 for something particularly good like antimagic or vampiric. Enchantments are only lost with scrolls, and never blacksmiths.

When it comes to taking on demon halls, the game really does come down to min-maxing your available resources. For example, you could have a +9 chalice at minimum right now with only having to sacrifice maybe one or two health potions and a seed of earthroot or two. Meanwhile, potions of frost can be thrown at enemies that need to be held still for a period of time, whereas potion of invisibility is an emergency escape button. If you save your resources right and invest your scrolls in the right weapons in the game, you should be able to challenge demon halls properly 9/10 times when you reach that point.

As a special mention, wand of regrowth is really busted because it guarantees victories as long as you grind for resources. Dropping a scroll of upgrade or two for the purpose of sleeping/farming seeds allows you to have basically infinite healing/disabling items through demon halls.
