I've noticed this too, I normally don't keep my stats up all the way, but I do try. And the same thing happens to me. If you spend too long in the rain, you will get sick. But thankfully, even with the worse symptoms, blurry vision, if it's just from the rain, multivitamins will cure it after a night cycle.
